Does anyone out there suffer from premature ejaculation?
I have suffered from premature ejaculation for a few years now. I was wondering if anyone else out there has and how they went about stopping it and controlling it? I have tried desensitizing creams they do not work. I have tried supplements and they do not work. Any advice anyone would give Me would be helpful. Are there any exercises that anyone knows of that could help. And does prostate massage help with this? I have found exercises on the internet for penis enlargement could these exercises also help with P.E does anyone know?

if u can enter and ur sperms come out quickly…..
That is not premature
so msbt then have sex do self control exercises and avoid anxiety this will help

I REALLY HATE IT. My girlfriend loves my size and frankly i dont think its bad myself. but bottom line, once i am in her its like 10 seconds and thats it. i know she hate it she just doesnt say anything, i need a way and i dont want to use desensitivizing creams so please any other options

The stressed and paranoid have me thinking these might be big factors for you, you have to be calm to maintain for the most part.
Also given the fact you are 19 (Not that I can help you with knowledge here I’m a 19 year old virgin), it could just be lack of experience, that will probably come gradually.
As for other things, maybe it’s the condom you’re using, you might want to look and see if there’s any other types or brands that can help you.

Premature ejaculation what have you tried?
me and my partner have been together for 4 years we are both 22 and for the past 1.5 to 2 years he has suffered from premature ejaculation. it happened a little bit at the beginning of our realtionship but i figured that was because he was a virgin before me and he would snap out of it which he did but then it came back. we have tried de sensitising creams and keigal exercises.
has anyone else had this problem and what did you try that cured it.. thanks for your time.

Practice the start stop technique. Go till he is about to blow it. Stop for a bit. Go again. Stop. Keep it going that way for a while until he learns to hold out. He can practice this alone pretty easily as well. Also, I know some people that love cockrings. Those make you harder too since it holds all the blood in place.

how do you get rid of premature ejaculation naturally?
i have extreme premature ejaculation (always lasting under a minute) and, every time i search how to get rid of it i get the same answers such as: the stop start method, kegals, think about other things… but none of these things work and numbing creams only make you more sensitive when your not using them… i’m totally ashamed of this and i feel like a total looser and failure.. if their is anyone out their feeling my pain or if you really know how to overcome premature ejaculation please tell me how without posting any links to any sites….

Sorry man, I don’t relate, but what I would try is taking a ED drug, like Viagra, then if I climaxed too soon, I would be erect in a few minutes so I could keep going.
